Functions and Features
Separate and three-folded packing style : “blank piece” → combine wings → change direction 90 degrees → transmit forward in equidistance → wrap in three folding with sanitary napkin tape packing film → sealed with easilt-torn tape → seal and cut in small package → form individually-packed finished products → output in line.
With programmable controller to monitor the production procedure and the driving speed , while with tem-controller to control the temperature of embossment roller and so on.
Cutter bracket is adopted with 45# of steel bracket and pushing backboard.
Guide-flow channel , round sealing , outer cutting and small package roundcutting are adopted with unversal coupling with high driving speed and advanced designing.
Quick easy package sanitary napkins were output in a line by conveyor units and very easy for packing.
