Quick-easy Packing Sanitary Napkin Machine

1、Performances and features:
1. Separate and three-folded packing style:
blank piece-combine wings with paper -change direction 90 degrees -transmit forward  in equidistance -wrap in three folding with sanitary napkin tape packing film -sealed with easily-torn tape -seal and cut in small package -form individually-packed finished products-output in line.
2. The equipment can produce napkins of three-pieces type, leaking proof, ultra-thin (as thin as silk) , medicinal type and regular type. During the producing process, it is not necessary to replace any part of the equipment. 
3. The main press-cut rollers adopt universal shaft driving. It can guarantee the knives lifetime.
4. The pressure of the cutter box device is adjusted by air cylinder and also motorized synchronous adjuster is fixed.
5. Driving system employs gearwheel box, universal joint shaft coupling and arc gear synchronous belt with good synchronization and high mechanical efficiency.
